When confirming your ticket purchase please ensure that you have chosen the correct museum and ticket types as tickets are Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable. Please note there is only one 10:00 time slot option for general admission tickets. By selecting this, you are able to arrive at the museum on your chosen day, any time between 10:00 and 14:45. On special event days when we expect the museum to be busier we will have multiple time slots available throughout the day, so please arrive during your chosen time slot. The facility will close at 4pm.
